Once you provide us with your travel dates, we manage all the details, starting with complimentary accommodations.
Next, we make appointments with sales managers from each hotel on your short list who will provide you with a thorough overview of their properties, including meeting and function space, guestrooms and amenities.
If your program requirements are more extensive, we can also schedule meetings with the necessary representatives: from destination management, ground transportation and team building companies to special venues, designers, audio/visual companies and restaurants for dine-arounds. We ensure that in your limited time in a destination you will meet with the people who will most positively impact your event.
